Why does VoiceLink need two separate sign-ins?

VoiceLink needs two separate sign-ins because they are unrelated services. The Sinergitec sign-in identifies you to VoiceLink and carries your licence, trial and PRO status. The Groq sign-in powers the speech-to-text. It is the same Google account both times — Google is the door, not the account. Both are required: signing in to one does not sign you in to the other, and without both the START button will not run.

How do I set up VoiceLink and start dictating?

Setup takes three steps. 1) Sign in to Sinergitec — this is your product account and carries your licence, trial and PRO status. 2) Sign in to Groq — this powers the speech-to-text; if you have never used Groq, signing in creates your account automatically. 3) Create a free API key in the Groq console, paste it into the Get API tab, and start talking. Your key stays on your machine.

Does VoiceLink store my voice or my dictation in the cloud?

No. VoiceLink is local-first by design: your data stays on your machine, there is no cloud storage, and your voice is not used for training. The API key you paste in also stays on your machine.

Which Windows applications can VoiceLink type into?

VoiceLink uses Universal Injection to type into any window using only your voice — including VS Code, Slack and Terminal. It is faster than a keyboard and smarter than a transcript.

Which operating systems does VoiceLink support, and what does the PRO licence cost?

Getting Started

Once you have downloaded VoiceLink, as soon as you open the file you will need to authenticate your user. VoiceLink needs TWO separate sign-ins. It is the same Google account both times — Google is the door, not the account.

1 · Sign in to Sinergitec

Identifies you to VoiceLink. This is your product account — it carries your licence, trial and PRO status.

2 · Sign in to Groq

Powers the speech-to-text. A separate provider — use the same Google account. Never used Groq? Signing in creates your account automatically.

3 · Paste your API key

In the Groq console, press “Create API Key”. When it asks for a name, type any label you like (for example VoiceLink) — the name is just a label and can be anything. Copy the key it shows you, paste it into the Get API tab, and start talking. Your key stays on your machine.
